It's only 163KM and has a couple short climbs. So today's 19th stage will only be dangerous for the leaders if riders take it upon themselves to snatch the win right here and right now.
Based on the standings, the only people I see trying to do that are Kim Kirchen and Denis Menchov. Both have the power to go and stay away. Kirchen could do very well in the time trial and Menchov will just need to get four minutes ahead to reach the podium on Sunday.
That's what I see happening.
Sadly, it looks like George Hincapie won't be able to make up an hour and eight minutes on Sastre today.
C'est la vie.
Oh, the stage goes from Roanne to Montlucon.
